Our Policies

A Note on Timing: We require a 3–5 day lead time for standard collections. For Custom Artisan Projects or large events, 1–2 weeks' notice is best to ensure we can source fresh ingredients and reserve your spot on our small-batch calendar.

Deposits & Confirmation: To secure your date for custom bookings, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking. For standard orders, payment is due via our secure checkout to confirm your batch.

Wisconsin Pick-up: Per state regulations, all orders must be picked up in Beloit or delivered within Wisconsin. We are unable to deliver across state lines into Illinois at this time.
