Hi, I’m Stephanie—but most people call me Fanny! I am the hands and heart behind every batch, though I can’t take all the credit for the tastebuds. My family serves as my official tasting crew, ensuring that every recipe meets the high standards of our own kitchen before it ever reaches yours.

My love of baking started in my Grandma’s kitchen. She taught me the magic of simple ingredients and, more importantly, the joy of a shared table. What began as helping her mix dough and sneaking plenty of tastes along the way grew into a lifelong passion for the art of baking. I carry her lessons with me every time I preheat the oven.

Today, Fanny’s is my way of bringing that same warmth to your home through our artisan bakes and Heart-Made Party Bundles. While I’ve refined my techniques to create the perfect, indulgent fudgy brownie and the ultimate hand-crafted cookie, my philosophy remains the same: treat every batch like it's for my own family.
