    To secure your date on our small-batch calendar, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures we can source your fresh ingredients and reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due 1 day before your event unless other arrangements have been discussed during our consultation.

  • Because we are a small-batch bakery, we require a 3–5 day lead time for our standard bread, cookie, and brownie collections. For Custom Artisan Projects or larger Party Bundles, 1–2 weeks' notice is best to ensure we can source specialty ingredients and reserve your spot on our heart-made calendar. This ensures we have the dedicated time ready to make your celebration truly special.

  • We offer local pickup in Beloit or local delivery to the surrounding Stateline area for a small fee. Please note that once your treats leave Fanny’s possession (via pickup or delivery), their care and storage become the responsibility of the host. Because our items are perishable and made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds for damage occurring after the hand-off.

  • Most of our bakes stay perfectly fresh in a cool, dry place. For our hand-crafted jams, please follow the label instructions and refrigerate immediately after opening to maintain their artisan flavor and safety.
